Hamlet...problem or not?

I believe Claudius sees Hamlet as a possible threat, but I don't think he knows that Hamlet has any real information. Just by looking at context it would appear that he is so paranoid he thinks Hamlet could see right through him if he really looked. It's the same feeling you get when you do something and don't get caught. You feel as though everyone can see what you've done everytime they look into your eyes.
